Henkel's Beauty Care sales team is responsible for our distribution channels and customer relationship management. They implement various strategies and techniques in order to achieve commercial sales and gain a competitive foothold in the market, while providing support by educating our partners on our product value. Through their success, they help steer the growth of the Henkel business.

What we offer

  • Works closely with two distributors on developing annual accounts, plans with excellent execution to reach challenge target.
  • Closely monitor promotion scheme and off take, propose efficient promotion plan to reach sell-in target.
  • Manage trade spending under Key Performance target and maximize spending efficiency
  • Find opportunities to grow sales and proactively manage delist issue

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor Degree in Business related course
  • Minimum of ten (10) years related experience
  • Proficient in both oral and written English and Mandarin Chinese
  • Experience working in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is highly preferred
