We need the professional person to join us that kick off Persil nation base go-to-market distribution strategy and roll out new categories from Q1 2018. we drive strong sale performance by innovation leading .

What we offer

  • Sales / Distributor Management

    1) Align Market Sales ( Route-To-Market) Strategy and Plan
    2) Responsible of delivering targeted sales and profit
    3) Negotiation and contract with key retailers
    4) Well understanding of Taiwan market/retailer dynamics especially Costco
    5) Scorecard collecting and reporting
    6) Communication with key stakeholders of Distributor

  • Develop Business Strategy & Plan for the Markets

    1) Business Capability
    - Lead Go to Market strategy and planning.
    - Possess the deep understanding about retailer’s key strategy
    - Know about shopper and consumer
    - Analysis of market situation: Channel, Category, Customer, Shopper, Consumer
    - Define the key opportunities for building the business
    - Lead and Steer the mix improvement for optimal trade allowance
    - Define the most optimal in-store merchandising plans
    - Design annual in-store display plans
    - Lead and Implement the POSM/design/communication material for in-store event
    - Accurate sales forecast and demanding plan

    2) Organizational Capability
    - Well communication skill , lead and coaching people
    - Co-work with Multi-function and Region team, global team in line with Company strategy
    - Enable key stakeholders both internal and external customer to successfully implement plans
    - Persuasion and communication to key stakeholders

Who we are looking for

  • 10 – 15 years of business experience

  • Background : Senior national Sales Manager  (multi-national FMCG experience is plus)

  • Knowledge: Negotiation and Reach agreement skill. Manage and steer the trade allowance. Distributor Management.

  • Fluent in English is optional
