What we offer

  • The sales manager's key responsibility is to achieve sales target, develop chain salons and distributors opportunities, manage current distributors, and lead 3 sales people to achieve their target.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals.
  • Build and maintain a solid relationship with key salons and distributors.
  • Coach, motivate and guide 3 sales persons and build a strong sales team.

Who we are looking for

  • Minimum 5 years working experience with distributors management in hair/salon industries
  • Communicable English level
  • Strong team management and development experience
  • Fluent mandarin speaking ability
