  • Translate global Sustainability targets into regional programs & goals
  • Support Regional & Site management in Sustainability program implementation, including Sustainability Ambassador program
  • Competences development on Sustainability professional expertise (such as workshops, best practice sharing)
  • Support sites to ensure timely and correct Sustainability reporting
  • Coordinate regional Sustainability Scorecard/ Projects & Investment review and provide technical expertise for projects sustainability assessment.
  • Support Regional SHE Projects: act as Sustainability/Environmental counterpart for major investments/projects, ensure correct processes for site decommissioning and divestment, assist in due diligence and M&A integration
  • Support sites in ensuring compliance with Environmental permits/regulations including remediation
  • Lead regional Sustainability Management Review, such as risk & opportunity management
  • Create & lead regional network of all functions relevant to Sustainability & Environment Performance matters
  • Support global/ site Energy Management system and Energy Efficiency programs
  • Support global/ site Environmental Management system
  • Drive local sustainability community projects


  • Master’s degree in engineering or Chemical related major
  • At least 5 years working experience in SHE/Sustainability Management, with 2 years of regional exposure
  • Experience in leading & working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience In managing international dotted line relationships
  • Analytical, process and project management
