YOUR ROLE

·Support in drafting legal documents;

·Legal support in the daily business;

·General administrative support for the legal team;

·Support for contract management and drafting as well as corporate housekeeping tasks.

Your skills

• Education: Bachelor of Law with focus on private law - contract law, corporate law, international business law. 
• Experience: entry level; previous corporate law internships and/or paralegal experience are mandatory.
• Pragmatic, attentive to details, eager to learn.
• You are proactive and responsive.
• You have excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• You have near native knowledge of English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
• You have an excellent knowledge of MS Office Tools.
• You are eligible to do an internship in the Netherlands for 6 months as of January/February 2023.
