YOUR ROLE

Job Purpose
Handing CCMS & off spec and deliver high quality product/service to internal & external customer
Key Dimensions
Product CCMS/Off Spec investigation and coordination, cooperating with related departments/functions to dig out the root cause and implemented the corrective & preventive;
Collecting customer special requirements and implementation, coordinating with related functions and defined whether we can achieve it or not, then feedback or make explanation to customer;
Leading & participating the process and product audit, regularly review & revise the PFMEA/CP once faced CCMS/critical off Spec or there are engineering/process changes;
Supporting with related function team to handle the OSMI timely;
Cooperating with QA or sales to accept the customer visit and audits;
Initiating the quality planning;
Initiating or implementing the continuous improvement Projects;
Task assignment from management team.
Principal Accountabilities
Product CCMS/Off Spec investigation and coordination, cooperating with related departments/functions to dig out the root cause and implemented the corrective & preventive; 50%
Collecting customer special requirements and implementation, coordinating with related functions and defined whether we can achieve it or not, then feedback or make explanation to customer 20%
Leading & participating the process and product audit, regularly review & revise then PFMEA/CP once faced CCMS/critical off Spec or there are engineering/process changes 10%
Initiating or implementing the continuous improvement Projects 10%
Task assignment from management team. 10%

YOUR SKILLS

Bachelor degree or above is necessary, major in chemistry or electronic industry；
5 year experience in quality management will be preferred, excellent graduates also can be accepted；
Familiar with quality tools(Fishbone\MSA\SPC\PPAP\APQP\6sigma..), familiar with IATF16949 quality system, have a certain depth of knowledge of quality system;
Goods learning and fully passion in problem solving or approaches studying；
Good teamwork and collaboration；
Highly passion in target achieving and optimism under pressure；
Good communication skills, both Mandarin and English are fluently in oral and written
