YOUR ROLE

• Contribute to shaping Adhesive Technologies’ strategy for sustainability by shaping our approach to assess and develop our portfolio to contribute to sustainability
  
• Collaborate with internal sustainability experts in further developing a comprehensive portfolio assessment methodology
  
• Lead the implementation of the assessment methodology internally as part of our systems, processes and organizational know-how
  
• Scout latest standards and external developments to ensure the approach is relevant, science-based and allows strategic portfolio steering on a business level

YOUR SKILLS

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Strategy or Sustainability Management
• Ideally ca. 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Passion towards driving sustainability in a business environment, working together with various cross-functional stakeholders e.g. from market strategy, product development or other sustainability teams
• Individual with both strategic and analytical mindset, affinity towards data beneficial
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and communication capabilities
• Fluent English language skills, knowledge of German is an advantage
