YOUR ROLE

• Identify adhesive solutions to replace conventional assembly methods on production line of industrial manufacturers.
• Prove to customer benefits of adhesives over conventional assembly methods by doing lab evaluations as well as demonstration at customer end
• Develops and implements solutions to Henkel customers, which provide high value in their process and improve quality of their products
• Train Sales Team as well as customers and distributors on Adhesives Technology
• Ensure proper adherence to all customer requirements and prepare high value proposal Ensure end to end solutions for Henkel customers

YOUR SKILLS

• Minimum 3 years of total industry experience after graduation in engineering (mechanical, industrial, electrical, chemical)
• Solid experience and technical acumen in customer dealing, production line process
• Must possess ability to develop a deep understanding of the organization’s business – customers, solutions, regional operating models, etc.
• Post-graduation is preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in the use of MS office
