YOUR ROLE

• You report to the Senior Customer Marketeer and together you develop adequate go-to market tactics and plans for our Henkel Beauty Care Professional brands
  
• You are responsible for planning and content creation of our socials in order to increase our visibility and brand recognition, and to increase the engagement of our community (hairdressers and consumers)
  
• You create and coordinate with our external partners various marketing communication materials for our brands
  
• You are the go-to-person for our sales teams and present them new projects and coordinate them on various levels
  
• You are responsible for our new B2B web shop in terms of promotions and content briefings and to further scale up reach in the market.
  
• You proactively follow up on results (turnover, profitability, number of clients) of the brands and the activations and control costs & budgets
  
• Translations and coordination with translation agency of pack labels and communication materials from ENG to NL and FR are part of your responsibilities 

YOUR SKILLS

• You have a higher degree in marketing, economics, business management, …
• A first working experience is a plus
  
• Affinity with branded premium consumer goods and hairdressing business
  
• You are digital ‘savvy’, high knowledge of the latest trends in social media
  
• You have strong computer skills, you know the ins and outs of Canva and MS office. Basic knowledge of SAP is a plus
  
• You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, a creative mind, a can-do mentality and a problem solving mentality
  
• You have a good analytical insight and have an eye for details
  
• Strong communicator: able to stand your ground and communicate your point at various managerial levels.
• You show strong collaboration, influencing and presentation skills
  
• You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
