YOUR ROLE
- Lead the customer service, logistics, and customer collaboration team to deliver service, cost, and inventory target with safety and product quality as priority
- Deliver joint value creation and operational execution excellence for customers by building and continuously improving the collaboration and partnership with customers.
- Lead the digital supply chain project execution e.g. digital CPFR with key customers, APP orders, and Chatbots.
- Coach and develop CS and logistics team and further develop customer collaboration capability.
- Build Strategic Partnerships with top customers and suppliers, identifying shared supply chain efficiencies and aligning with customer initiatives.
- Partner with Henkel sales and demand planning teams to provide customer order projections/forecast (where available) to improve Henkel's forecast accuracy and inventory.
- Responsible for the safety, regulatory and quality compliance of all logistics services providers and driving sustainability agenda in Logistics;
- Lead on customer services improvement initiatives (automation, simplification & digitalization) & manage all potential service issues
- Manage 3PL (transport & warehouse) operation & relationship for multiple DCs and ensure suppliers KPI are adhered to;
- Lead and develop high performing team of CS&L
