YOUR ROLE
- Support operations of the department at factory level
- Implement a production strategy to ensure efficient production and high-quality products
- Assisting Manager during production to carry out the process according to the defined standards of process
Monitoring the production processes and advising to adjust schedules as needed - Monitoring product standards and supporting on implementation of quality-control plans
- Ensuring that Henkel Safety, Health and Environment guidelines are implemented
- Support maintenance culture on day to day basis by conducting troubleshooting and root cause analysis, breakdown analysis and finding solutions to reduce reactive maintenance
- Ensures compliance with performance standards and maintenance requirements
