- Build a profound consumer knowledge for a dedicated category or category cluster in Laundry & Home Care, Beauty Care or Adhesive Technologies
- Consult Key Account Managers (KAM) with specific consumer, category and method knowledge
- Be the second point of contact and consultant for the Business besides the KAM
- Conduct all consumer researches for specific category or category cluster
- Handle all qualitative and quantitative non standardized research with agencies and institutes
- Brief and guide GBS+ (Shared Service Centers) on all standardized Marketing Mix Methods
- Have in depth method knowledge and onboard and train all consumer market insights colleagues accordingly
- Improve current methods and screen market for innovative method solutions and alternative suppliers and evaluate potential use for Henkel
- Derive Metalearnings from methods of your area of responsibility
- Provide results, data, analysis and derive recommendations to support business decisions
- Implement new consumer research programs into respective category
- Brief Social Media Listening's and desk researches for dedicated category or category cluster
