YOUR ROLE
- Implement selected global market segment strategies by developing appropriate marketing strategies to position the group as thought leader and partner of choice along the entire value chain
- Engage with key accounts & industry via a solution-focused approach to target and nurture them end-to end across all relevant channels
- Design and implement Account-based Engagement strategies that drive profitable customer engagement and long-term, strategic partnerships
- Manage and steer end-to-end the development of global messaging, positioning, campaigns, promotions, and product launches
- Lead cross-functional stakeholders across global teams to identify customer needs, develop compelling and customer-relevant marketing concepts
- Develop standards and best practices for content creation, distribution, and content repurposing for execution in region(s) and globally
- Plan, steer and report on the global marketing budget for the segment as well as on the ROI campaigns and initiatives
