- Key contact for consumers: handling inbound phone calls and emails regarding queries, education, advice and customer feedback for Beauty Care Retail products and activities.
- Provide reports where appropriate to monitor potential issues with products and inform key stakeholders if measures need to be taken.
- Ensure strong brand awareness of Beauty Care Retail products and ensure high quality advice and technical competence when handling consumer calls.
- Provide support to other internal staff when required including: marketing, sales and supply chain in connection but not limited to communication of customer feedback and testing of products when required.
- Ensure strong communication between teams and accurate knowledge of product in relation to launches and customer feedback.
