- To develop new product for industrial application in shanghai Zhanjiang, such as Thermal Conductive adhesive, Thermal gel, thermal gap pad, thermal grease, thermal phase change material and thermal potting material. Contribute to regional and global new innovation launches in telecom, data come, power and industrial automation.
- To communicate internally with technical service, sales, business and marketing team, to deliver the new innovation to the market.
- To closely work with global expert team, enhance Henkel competitive advantage.
- To closely work with key customers, understand customer needs and industrials mega trends, provide innovative solutions.
- To work with key suppliers to develop innovative technology for high impact solutions.
- To work with engineering and production team, work out high-quality new products.
- To develop new product and technologies for various industrial applications, to develop new knowledge, IP to Henkel and world.
- To work with PDE, TCS, business team and other functions to scale up new product and launch to key customer and markets 2 | P a g e
