YOUR ROLE

• This position plays a key role in the delivery of procurement and Sales & Operations Planning process, assisting in driving the best possible supply planning via collaboration, analysis, and reporting. The individual will interact regularly with cross-functional partners including Sales, Marketing, Controlling and Supply Chain to
  
• Utilize forecast and replenishment to ensure right inventory in the right place at the right time,
  
• Drive low healthy inventory and high service level on Consumer portfolio
  
• Contribute to projects around process implementation and NPD.
  
• Improve planning process & system where necessary with initiatives
  
• Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
  
• Involve and implement SC Planning Digitalization
  
  
• Supply Planning
  

1. Close communicate with local and global supply planning team, to ensure right production arrangement (quantity and deliver timing)
2.  Communicate priorities and raise AO to production team when there is OOS or POOS;
3. Supply risk management include proactive risk identification, assessment, and mitigation plan development;
4. Facilitate the weekly Demand & Supply Reconciliation meeting;
5. Prepare the relevant analysis and Risk & Opportunity in supply for monthly S&OP cycle

• Inventory Management
  

1. Ensure healthy FG inventory level to fulfill sales demand;
   
2. Analyze the inventory status, provide inventory projection and identify opportunities for inventory reduction on monthly basis;
   
3. Manage and coordinate transition management of FG inventory & RPM for NPD together with production team to avoid write-off risk;
   
4. Manage SLOP inventory and coordinate with DP and Trade Marketing for clearance plan on monthly basis;
   
5. Manage inventory policy by IDH by DC and safety stock parameters setting to set up proper safety stock and review quarterly
   
6. Be responsible for the replenishment planning from CDC to RDC
   

• Project/System implementation
  

1. Be involved in global or regional Planning project;
   
2. Review and maintain system set up – planning parameters;
   
3. Improve planning process where necessary with initiatives;
   
4. Supply Chain Planning Digitalization
