YOUR ROLE

• Promote the execution of global strategies within the country in conjunction with local managers, facilities representatives and team members (i.e. One!View);
• Main responsible of Brazil´s locations operations regarding facilities services with direct interaction with facilities suppliers, taking into consideration innovation projects, services enhancements and employee satisfaction;
• Develop the Corporate Real Estate strategy to accompany local business needs and guarantee the correct spent of resources, including participation in real estate projects;
• Guarantee the correct execution of Infrastructure guidelines, practices and projects in Latin America South countries (i.e. Brazil, Chile and Argentina);
• Support Chile and Argentina´s Facilities representatives to implement regional strategy in alignment to the global one.

YOUR SKILLS

• Graduated in Architecture, Engineering or Business Administration;
• MBA or Post Graduation is desirable;
• Strong Experience leading the Facilities area at Multinational Companies;
• English is a must - spanish is desirable;
• Experience managing budget and PNL;
• People management experience - will supervise 22 FTE's;
• SAP or Autocad knowledge is desirable;
• Teamwork, detail oriented  and leadership skills.
