- Be responsible for the business in Shandong and Henan province in APC-PH.
- Maintain of existing business, develop new customer and expand business share.
- Promote Henkel new products and projects;
- Responsible for adhesive business of non-woven industry mainly in Shandong and Henan to achieve sales NES and PC%.
- Maintain the existing customers well, visit them regularly and timely to develop and maintain sustainable and long-term relationships, follow up the orders in time and ensure the balance forecast and supply.
- Convey our new value products and applications to customers and cooperate with customers to improve their competitiveness.
- Monthly collect with credit customers to ensure the financial security.
- Complete paperwork and system projects management on time with high quality.
- Identify new opportunities and develop new business to continuously increase the regional market share.
- Highlight Hekkel image and strengthen company influence in regional customer circle.
- Accountabilities (Time in %)
- Maintain existing business, and internally cooperate with CS, CS, TE, PD and production team, taking up 35%.
- Generate new business by identifying & developing new customers, 35%.
- Report release including weekly and monthly report, monthly forecast, ACE projects review and improvement, 10%
- Provide first hand trouble shooting support to customers, coordinate with all related departments to enhance customer satisfaction 10%
