  • Maximize marketing added value actions, achieve Consumer Centric Primary goal of managing Official Brand EC platform ( SP + HKN two brands ) with EC Momo official flagship operation and performance achievement.
  • Competitive products and market dynamic observation to maximize brand EC online offers with connecting online traffic back to cooperated partner salons to maximize OMO actions.
  • Annual + monthly EC on line event planning, including promotional activities, materials, copywriting. Cooperate with media agencies in digital advertising to maximize effectiveness of event promotion and drive performance.
  • Develop annual ECom action plan proposal of SP and HKN two brands plus Tailor-made campaigns of Ecom big festivals ( Brand anniversary, 618, double 11, Salon week, Group week, Xmas with CNY campaign etc.)
  • Optimize official Momo flagship interface to ensure smooth browsing/checkout lines/UI/UX for consumers & upgrade membership management to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Implement EC online event promotion plus digital media and membership management ECRM & Line OA cooperation.
  • Build up Systematic Analysis TOOL to develop ROI analysis of EC campaign (Pre & Post analysis)

  • Individually Tasks (Time in %)
  • Plan & Execute SP + Hair Kitchen Momo EC Flagship campaign (40%)
  • Product category based EC campaign including communicating with digital AD agency for better EC campaign awareness & exposure(30%)
  • Tailor made EC Digital campaign with KOL/IG/FB AD discussing with PM (20%)
  • EC campaign Pre & Post analysis(10%)


  • ECom related experience 6-8 years above
  • University and above (ECom related study background is a plus)
  • Business related field is a plus
  • Premium Brand/Cosmetic ECom management experience with (Momo Flagship/Shopee etc.)
  • Cosmetic brands experience & B2B business is a plus.
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexible thinking, creative but also care about details.
  • High standard and self-motivated.
