YOUR ROLE
- Responsible for ensuring seamless operational execution of agreed activities towards customers, by steering internal processes and aligning cross-functional stakeholders
- Customer rolling forecast management in relation to agreed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets, with support of relevant functions
- Customer performance bonification management
- Key interface between direct customers and Henkel SEA supporting functions such as Planning, Production, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Quality Control
- Product management tasks, incl. leading New Product Introduction projects, portfolio management, market & competition screening
- Interface to regional Product Development and global teams for requests from customers (e.g. product certificates, statements, reports)
