YOUR ROLE

• Lead & be accountable for sustainable growth of PERM/STYLING/MEN/category
• Multiple-categories: Perm, Styling, Men
• Global Category Strategy/Planning/Performance tracking
• Innovative NPD / Marketing Project management & execution
• Collaboration/Communication with stakeholders, country teams
• Develop talents & motivate all group members
• Leading the creation of attractive and effective brand assets

YOUR SKILLS

• 3-5+ yrs NPD/marketing experience
• Specific required years is depending on the background and experience.
• Global category strategy development & annual action plan
• NPD, 360 marketing, on/offline communication 
• Region/Country collaboration & steering
• KPI tracking, budget management
• Business English/Japanese
