YOUR ROLE
- Executes tasks relating to administrative support with minimal supervision in line with
existing policies and guidelines - Acts as point of contact for internal/external enquiries by phone and email, initiates action
(answer, sort, etc.) and assesses issue - Ensures administrative activities in the reception of Ionita Vornicul headquarters
- Sends by fax, mail, courier services, e-mail, etc of the documentation received from employees for this purpose
- Processes invoices and addendums for and from logistics suppliers (Cargus / UPS)
- Ensures the accuracy of data collected and filled in the timesheets for employees in the department/division, and sent to the HR Department
