YOUR ROLE
- Responsible for leading Total Rewards along with Payroll and Benefits Administration for 1200 + Henkel employees and driving excellence through team members and service partners. This position reports in to the Head of HR for Henkel in India.
- Strengthen Total Rewards framework for India, relevant to different employee groups, complimenting our employer value proposition and thus enable the business to fuel exponential growth in India.
- Focus on upgradation of Payroll systems, Performance management of service partners, timely legal compliances, resolution on legacy benefits integration while improving governance and simplifying user experiences.
- Collaborate with peers across the IMEA region and play a role in Co Creation of Total Rewards excellence in the region.
