YOUR ROLE

  • Implement category annual new launches/promotion actions, maintain growth in pillar products and animate core catalogue with analysis and follow up actions in order to achieve category growth & KPI
  • Develop category annual marketing & media/promotion plan and ensure implementation of Marketing Actions within budget & maximize ROI to achieve category growth target (sales & doors)
  • Manage A&P Marketing budget and control all categories sales forecast accuracy with monitor stock level & category performance.
  • Adapt communication material (imagery, digital, point of sale) to build salon relationship with in-salon communication & further seduce consumers with increasing traffic/upgrade average purchase.
  • Mobilize and collaborate with other departments (sales, logistic, education, etc. ) and partner agencies to build broader business strategy
  • Make recommendations to management on the category based on expertise of consumer, market and competitors (launch analysis, strategic memo, etc.)
  • Effectively prepare category strategy & analysis with actions, future plan for top management by monthly / quarterly/ annual report & presentation
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze consumer & market insights and competition strategies to make recommendations to management.
  • Implement new launches, maintain growth in pillar products and animate core catalogue with analysis and follow up actions.
  • Propose and monitor marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences
  • Implement media and promotion plans and ensure implementation of trade marketing plan
  • Adapt communication material (imagery, digital, point of sale) to seduce consumers.
  • Mobilize and collaborate with other departments (sales, logistic, education, etc. ) and partner agencies to build broader business strategy; meet the deadlines
  • Make recommendations to management on the category based on one’s expertise of the consumer, market and competitors (launch analysis, strategic memo, etc.)
  • Manage budget and ensure sales forecast accuracy with monitor stock level & category performance.
  • Effectively prepare category strategy & clear messages for the senior management
  • Individually Tasks (Time n%)
  • New Launch & 360 MKT campaign to maintain growth in pillar products and animate core catalogue (60%)
  • Collect and analyze consumer & market insights (20%)
  • Monthly report preparation(20%)

YOUR SKILLS

  • College and above
  • English communication abilities
  • Had work in B2B2C industry, beauty industry or FMCG categories is a plus.
