YOUR ROLE
- Handle autonomously the incoming customer orders for our Belgian customer portfolio.
- Be in charge of the follow-up of the orders across the entire order process in our systems (order entry, back orders, invoicing, etc.)
- Handle & resolve possible customer complaints, by taking the appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Exploit the full potential of our customers.
- Build up strong customer relationships, by providing the right advice & assistance.
- Communicate fast, accurately and reliably with internal and external stakeholder and provide the necessary information needed to support the overall process, as well as making required documentation available to our customers.
