YOUR ROLE
- Responsible for partnering with our eCommerce Key Account Manager, Amazon agency, and Amazon vendor reps to deliver a holistic 360 marketing strategy that includes AMS, DSP, Amazon Streaming TV, Google Search, and Social Media channels.
- Work closely with our Amazon agency to manage the health and performance of our AMS & DSP campaigns, paying close attention to ad spend, sales, ACOS, ROAS, DPV, conversion rate, and NTB purchasers.
- Oversee the Associate eCommerce Marketing & Content Manager to develop content for Amazon PDP's, Amazon Lifestyle Instagram submissions, Amazon Posts, Storefront banner submissions,
- Brand Store, A+ Content, Amazon Moments, and more.
- Work side by side with our ecommerce partners such as Ulta & Syndigo, as well as professional distribution channels to audit and improve PDP’s with updated product descriptions, product imagery, and videos.
- Submit creative briefs to various stakeholders such as our digital agency, copywriter, and social media agency to create assets for ecomm and digital media channels. Provide reporting, insights, and budget recommendations to the leadership team for yearly, quarterly, monthly, and peak event promotional planning.
- Stay up to date on the latest ecommerce trends to help drive awareness and attract new customers, build loyalty with existing customers, and grow overall business on each ecommerce channel.
- Must be well-versed in consumer-facing marketing tactics to create authentic and engaging content that will entice customers to make a purchase and increase conversions.
