YOUR ROLE

• Be responsible for creation of data-driven system applications which enable the development of strategies, action plans and synchronized execution across all strategic business units of Henkel Adhesive Technologies
• Contribute to global transformational projects shaping all future strategy activities with a focus on the conceptualization of methodologies  
• Support our team in maintaining and improving our system solution for market strategy, conceptualizing and implementing new features
• Develop top management presentations, support strategy meetings and prepare documents that lead to the right decisions
• Work in a central function of Adhesives Technologies with numerous interfaces within the organization and get to know all strategic business units as a first step towards building a long-term career at Henkel
• Become the mentee of one of our global strategy managers and receive continuous feedback from our team members to further develop your skills
• Grow within a highly motivated international team and help us to transform Adhesive Technologies into a future-ready organization  

YOUR SKILLS

• Student who has successfully passed first semesters of business-related studies
• It would be of advantage if you have already gained some practical and/or international experience in leading strategy consultancies or in the strategy department of a large corporation, e. g. by former internships or semesters abroad
• Fluent English language skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, experience in data analytics and related technologies is a plus
• Proven analytical capabilities and strong communication skills
• Highly motivated, self-organized and ambitious team player
• Availability for 3 months 

We offer you an attractive salary between € 800-1960 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
