YOUR ROLE

• Entwicklung von Wachstumsstrategien für die Klebstoffkategorien und Henkel-Marken 
• Entwicklung & Ausführung klassenbester In-Store-Aktivierungen inkl. Vorbereitung und Umsetzung von Produktneueinführungen, Erstellung von Trade Stories und Promotion- & POS-Konzepten in-store & online für DIY
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb, Außendienst, Marketing und dem Category Management 
• Präsentationen & Empfehlungen vor Kunden
• Eigenständige Verwaltung und Nachverfolgung des Budgets

YOUR SKILLS

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing oder einem verwandten Bereich
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Marketing, Handelsmarketing/Trade Marketing, Vertrieb 
• Leidenschaftlicher Teamplayer mit einem ausgeprägten Sinn für Projektverantwortung und Shopper Bedürfnisse
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit, sowie zwischenmenschliche Kompetenzen 
• Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Fundierte Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Anwendungen
