YOUR ROLE

  • Executes local sales plans in line with the strategy to maintain and develop existing customers, and acquire new customers.
  • Executes customer roadmap, and manages and closes respective CRM tool growth opportunities.
  • Executes pricing actions, and builds and maintains relationships with customers and distributors.
  • Provides input to managers on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territory.
  • Coordinates with application engineers to conduct line trials and (re)solve customer requests and complaints.
  • Delivers KP OSG and PC % in territory at defined account.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field is required and academic background in chemical related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in Sales or related field is required and in Automotive industry is preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office is preferred.
  • Good communication skills in Korean and English are required.
  • Skilled in crisis and objection handling, good networking, social selling, sales call planning, and facilitating.
