Within Henkel Adhesives Technologies we are building a new Digital Operations organization to drive and execute the recently approved strategy to fully digitize our sites and operations. Be part of this exciting transformation and new organization in the region, which closely cooperates with the Global Center of Expertise in Singapore.

• Ready to join a great team of Digital Operations professionals with an exciting job opportunity as a Process Automation Manager?
  
• You will make an impact by developing applications and workflow automations to the support the Operations organization globally, serving 124 production sites
  
• You will lead the development of the HCL Volt MX platform in the AO Digital Team that will integrate diverse and complex systems, and add innovative experiences that meet ever-evolving customer expectations
  
• You create awareness in the organization on this tool and will upskill selected users globally in in Adhesives Operation & Supply Chain.

YOUR SKILLS

• Master in Computer Science or equivalent
  
• Possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in mobile application development
  
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, jQuery Mobile and integration with third party libraries
  
• Object-oriented analysis and design using common design patterns
  
• Experience in Scrum principles and Azure DevOps
  
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git and continuous integration (Jenkins), RESTful APIs, modern front-end build pipelines and tools
  
• Experience in server-side programming in Java, HCL Visualizer
  
• Experience in JSON, Xcode, Visual Studio and SQL
  
• Strong interpersonal communication and persuasion skills
  
• Proven track record in executing complex programs and teams in multi-stakeholder environments
  
• Proactive and collaborative working style
