YOUR ROLE

• Ensures achieving the OTC KPIs & OTC SLA guidelines in daily Master Data Activities.
• Responsible for the Customer's Creation, Hierarchy, Sales Data and Local Customer Creation.
• Maintains Pricing and Discounts.
• Maintains reporting.
• Ensures relevance of all needed data and approvals according to the CSDA and CSCA
• Works on process continuous improvement

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in Business administration, logistics, Finance, or any relevant study 
  
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience
  
• Fluent French and English speaker Customer focused.
  
• Attention to accuracy with sense of urgency.
  
• Knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and SharePoint)
  
• Time management skills and ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
  
• SAP experience is a plus
