TALENT ACQUISITION
- Gather the needs of hiring managers in terms of full time recruitment
- Prepare vacancy texts, reflecting the needs and wants of each department, in order to attract strong candidates
- Post and analyze applications through various channels
- Source candidates directly on LinkedIn and/or via job-boards for specific positions
- Drive first screening & share feedback/recommendations to hiring managers
- Administrative follow-up (contracts, accesses, welcome boxes)
EMPLOYER BRANDING
- Coordinate the organization of internal and external Employer Branding activities for Belgium, targeted at students, young graduates and experienced hired
- Manage Academic Relations, by attending events at universities and business schools
- Create content for our social media platforms
- Participate and coordinate a wide range of HR projects around candidate experience, diversity and inclusion, etc.
