  • Review and establish new customer accounts in SAP, including determining credit limits and risk classes based on provided credit reports
  • Periodically review existing customer accounts and approve credit limit changes and order releases within delegated authority
  • Release credit hold orders for new and existing customer accounts in alignment with credit management guidelines
  • Support AR Management, Team Lead, Regional Credit Manager, and Regional Head of Process with credit risk matters
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of core credit risk processes in line with the Global Credit Policy
    Review and determine credit management data for new customer accounts based on internal and external reports
  • Conduct periodic reviews of existing customer accounts and provide well-founded approval recommendations


  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance related courses
  • With at least one (1) year related work experience in Credit Risk Analysis; Experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable process is highly preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge in SAP and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint (for presentations, Excel); preferably with knowledge in MS Access and any Credit Management reporting tool
  • Ability to understand and address business requirements; Experience in service delivery management
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and with strong customer service skills
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English communication
  • Amenable to work on a night shift schedule (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM), and following US holidays
