  • Lead the global Henkel AdTech stack (AdServer, DSPs, DMPs, Business Managers etc.) from maintenance to testing and onboarding of new tools across all Henkel Consumer Brands properties
  • Steer and further develop the global AdTech strategy of Henkel Consumer Brands ensuring the highest media data quality und future-readiness
  • Identify and run individual projects and test&learn cases for all brands in scope
  • Ensure the best media reporting capabilities via modern and automated solutions like dashboards
  • Further improve tagging and tracking capabilities in a privacy-safe environment
  • Lead 2 offshore Henkel Service resources on administrative AdTech stack maintenance and reporting
  • Collaborate closely with several other departments in aligning technical constraints and market requirements and to lay the foundation for further growth in the business’s ad revenues
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital advertising and exploit pioneering cases for Henkel Consumer Brands
  • Support Digital Media Transformation, innovation, collaboration and knowledge sharing across business units and regions


  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Media 
  • 5+ years of professional experience in AdTech, digital media or programmatic buying
  • Extensive hands-on working experience with DSPs (e.g. DV360, The TradeDesk), Google Ads and/or social advertising tools like Meta Business Manager
  • Deep understanding of the whole programmatic ecosystem (AdServing, AdVerification etc.) and the constantly evolving AdTech landscape
  • Customer Centric, analytical and data-driven Mindset
  • Excellent presentation skills, high assertiveness, and ability to establish trustful relationships across regional and local marketing and media units and top management
  • Ability to work on various tasks in parallel & true team player
  • Excellent English (written, oral), German knowledge would be a plus
