  • Optimize brand content experience on digital touchpoints like websites, social media platforms, and eCommerce/ eRetail brand channels 
  • Support in steering website SEO projects to increase brand visibility and drive traffic
  • Brief and oversee content creation and ensure creative excellence for eRetail partner channels to help drive conversion 
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate consumer experience across digital touch points and define actions
  • Conduct research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and creative storytelling in digital channels 
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute brand Social Media calendar and initiatives in collaboration with Global Digital Brand Marketing, Global Category, Content Production Teams, as well as local markets and external partners


  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Advertising 
  • Minimum of five (5) years related work experience in Digital Marketing focused on Social Media and Campaigns; Experience in managing SEO (Search Engine Optimization) content projects, and should be Digital Media Savvy
  • With in-depth knowledge of various Social Media platforms (Sprinklr-based), their algorithms, and best practices; Understanding of content demands on eRetailer channels / eCommerce platforms
  • Must have strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to maintain the brand visual identity consistently across different touch points
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders, while meeting deadlines; With strong project management and intrapersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM to 12:00 MN)
