    • Lead a global change project to transform our Customer Excellence Organization focusing on strategic Customer Relationships, smart Service Differentiation, Cost to Serve and a smooth Order to Cash. This includes:
    • Detailing out scope, roles and responsibilities, capabilities and skills required, organization set up and processes.
    • Develop winning strategies, define clear standards, and implement them across all regions.
    • Build transformation plan incl. key milestones, timelines, resources, success criteria, transformation controls and communication plan in alignment with key stakeholders.
    • Develop winning change strategies to create stakeholders and teams commitment and support across the journey.
    • Be a master storyteller, effectively communicating your vision and progress to stakeholders at all levels.  
    • Implement change project with regions. Capture learnings and adjust where needed along the journey, clearly communicate results.
    • Stay ahead of the curve by actively seeking out external best practices, industry trends, and innovative solutions and imbed it into transformation program.


  • A strong team player, humble to learn, hungry to win with strong interpersonal skills.
  • A strategic thinker with a passion for defining a “north star” and making it happen.
  • An experienced change agent with a proven track record of leading  transformations.
  • Great communicator with exceptional stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.
  • A project management pro with a demonstrably successful history.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, ideally also in  Customer Operations  within a multinational Consumer Goods company.
  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a similar field.
  • Fluent in English
