  • Assignment of Security Roles/Profiles and Authorizations for HR and Payroll systems to all employees globally; Responsible for analyzing change requests from business stakeholders / local counterparts, processing of information, and administration/development of technical profiles/roles
  • Involved in design, development & user acceptance testing of HR security roles
  • Implementation of the approved technical documentation in the developed systems 
  • Ensure accountability on authorization related issues, problem-solving and trouble shooting 
  • Provide assistance in the preparation of special analyses and reports for regional and global; Deliver documentations for processes, including work guide, process flow, and improvement on policies where needed
  • Support in data gathering, system analysis and design, blueprinting, system configuration, unit testing and documentation of HR Authorizations Projects 
  • Continuously identify potential automation or improvement initiatives for existing processes


  • Bachelor's Degree in any course
  • Preferably with at least one (1) year working experience in Authorizations with strong knowledge in SAP HR 
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required; Must have excellent Excel skills
  • Experience in project management and needs to be proactive; With issue resolution and analytical skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills is needed due to global stakeholder interaction
  • Amenable to work on morning shift schedule (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
