  • Responsible for field sales position for market growth through existing and potential customer development in OES (AfterMarket Service) channel for the vehicle repairs and maintenance industry
  • Prioritize, manage, and execute sales projects for the assigned and potential areas to increase sales volume and revenue
  • Identify the opportunities to achieve full business potential
  • Build and maintain solid relationships with customers with a proactive and consultative approach to exploring needs and finding solutions
  • Responsible for sales demand and inventory management based on the market situation in a timely manner
  • Actively communicate with relevant departments to support customer requirements and to ensure smooth sales operations
  • Participate in global and/or regional meetings depending on OES accounts you are responsible for


  • Bachelor’s degree in the related field is required; Experience in automotive industry is preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years working experience in Sales or related field is required
  • Good communication skills in Korean and English are required
  • Excellent command of MS office is required
  • Able to go business trips in Korea and/or aboard
  • Excellent planning, organization, customer focused and relationship building skills
  • Solution-oriented with a strong "can-do" mentality, proactive attitude, and team player mindset
  • Strong sales and negotiation as well as project management skills
