  • Support Global Capital Project Management (GCPM) team in the following projects and initiatives:

  • Keep Project Management Procedures Up-to-Date: Regularly review and update project management guidelines, tools, and documentation to ensure they reflect current best practices and feedback from the team.

  • Digitize Project Management Tools and Reports: Implement and maintain digital project management tools and automate report generation to streamline processes, improve accuracy, and enhance accessibility.

  • Optimize GCPM SharePoint Functionality: Design a user-friendly structure, manage permissions effectively, and regularly update the GCPM SharePoint site to support collaboration and information sharing.

  • Engage with the GCPM Community: Actively gather feedback through surveys, focus groups, and other channels to continuously improve project management practices and address the community's needs.

  • Facilitate GCPM Webinars and e-Learnings: Develop and deliver engaging, interactive webinars and e-learning sessions, providing valuable resources and collecting feedback for ongoing improvement.


  • Engineering, project management, construction management or related study.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • SharePoint Management.
  • MS Project & Power BI (preferred).
  • Available to start from October 1st 2024 for 6 month full-time.
