YOUR ROLE
To help us coordinate our digital web content processes we are looking for extra support to the team. The Digital Web Content specialist is responsible to coordinate, implement and optimize web content mangement processes under supervision of our global Corporate Communication Digital Content Mangement team. This role comprises the implementation of two major website content update rounds as well as ad-hoc on-demand content update requests from our global team on 55+ websites (corporate & special interest websites) around the world. It also includes support in special projects - e.g. website or channel launch or rollouts.
What does a Digital Web Content Specialist do?
- Implementation of bi-annual website content update rounds based on Corporate Communication Digital Content Management briefing and guidance in collaboration with global teams and external website editing partners (incl. O365 / MS Teams + Jira Ticketing + CoreMedia WCMS tool usage/knowledge)
- Acting as first point of contact, onboarding and implementation partner for on-demand content update request for global team
- Implementation of special projects based on annual roadmap and priorities planning of Corporate Communication Digital Content Management team in HQ - e.g. website or channel (re-)launch and rollouts or set-up of new update processes
- Managing content update process preparations and documentation incl. status monitoring and reporting as well as creation of onboardings, trainings and guidelines
- Engaging proactively in ongoing assessment and optimization of digitized content management processes - e.g. through exploration of advanved process management platforms or defining new processes on CommTech platform together with the global team
