YOUR ROLE
As the Market & Customer Activation Specialist for Vehicle, Repair & Maintenance (VRM) market, you will play a pivotal role in driving the penetration of our products and services across LATAM. Your responsibilities will include:
- Provides financial support on a department/project level, monitoring budget spend, raising and approving requisitions/invoices
- Executes tasks relating to administrative support with minimal supervision in line with existing policies and guidelines
- Acts as point of contact for internal/external enquiries by phone and email, initiates action (answer, sort, etc.) and assesses issue urgency
- Coordinates meetings and creates agendas, records, and meeting minutes
- Developing and executing comprehensive Market & Customer Activation strategies and roadmaps to achieve maximum market penetration;
- Managing all communication and digital activities for LATAM, ensuring effective messaging and engagement with the target audience;
- Taking charge of local communication and advertising activities, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with the overall marketing strategy;
- Collaborating with external advertising agencies to conceptualize, strategize, and manage advertising campaigns while optimizing costs;
- Providing valuable insights and business cases to enhance campaign development, guided by a strong Point of View (POV) and consistent data analysis;
- Constantly monitoring, tracking, and reporting on campaign performance to drive continuous improvement in Return on Investment (ROI);
- Conducting competitor analysis and drawing informed conclusions despite limited market data availability;
- Representing the area of responsibility in relevant decision-making bodies to influence key decisions;
- Contributing to global or regional branding activities, ensuring consistent brand messaging and positioning;
- Managing necessary resources and ensuring timely execution of local initiatives;
- Actively participating in idea generation, concept validation, business case development, financial modeling, and planning for pilots in the LATAM market;
- Aligning with key stakeholders to develop and adhere to the innovation and activation calendar;
- Designing and executing promotional strategies that attract both trade partners and end consumers. This involves creating promotions, incentives, and trade deals with a particular focus on the trade channel, such as retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and other business partners.
- Collaborating with the commercial team to ensure a smooth supply chain process and effective sell-in and sell-out tools;
- Taking ownership of logistics operator management for merchandising materials.
