YOUR ROLE
- Manage all communications and digital activities for Latin America, ensuring effective messaging, engagement with target audiences, consistent brand positioning and timely execution of local initiatives;
- Take ownership of local communications and advertising activities, ensuring execution and alignment with the overall marketing strategy;
- Develop and execute comprehensive market and customer activation strategies and roadmaps to achieve maximum market penetration;
- Provide insights and business cases to enhance campaign development, guided by a strong Point of View (POV), consistent data analysis, financial modeling and planning for pilots in the LATAM market;
- Design and execute promotional strategies that attract business partners and end consumers, through promotions, incentives and commercial agreements with a specific focus on the commercial channel;
- Constantly monitor, track and report on campaign performance to drive continuous improvement in Return on Investment (ROI);
- Collaborate with external advertising agencies to conceptualize, strategize and manage advertising campaigns, optimizing costs;
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth supply chain process and effective sell-in and sell-out tools;
- Assume management of the logistics operator for merchandising materials;
- Provide financial support at department/project level, monitoring budget expenditures, raising and approving requisitions/invoices;
- Conduct competitor analysis and evaluate available market data;
- Act as a point of contact for internal/external telephone and email inquiries, initiate actions (respond, classify, etc.) and assess the urgency of the issue;
- Coordinate meetings and create agendas, records, meeting minutes, and develop and adhere to the innovation and activation calendar.
YOUR SKILLS
- Completed degree in Marketing, Communication, Administration or similar;
- MBA or postgraduate degree is a plus;
- Relevant experience in media, digital marketing or commercial marketing, as well as contact with team management and negotiation with business partners;
- Advanced English (mandatory) and Spanish would be a plus;
- Excellent collaboration and relationship with the team;
- Analytical profile;
- Strong written and effective verbal communication skills;
- Presentation skills for senior management;
- Proactive in engaging and mobilizing the business, development, UX, and other areas for innovation opportunities, working in partnership for the projects to be developed.
