YOUR ROLE
- Manage the end-to-end order entry process, ensuring timely and accurate order placement, modifications, and cancellations.
- Identify and manually resolve inconsistencies in SOP, EDI orders, and Delivery Notes.
- Coordinate the resolution of exceptions, claims, and returns with relevant parties.
- Generate detailed reports to monitor the status of orders and fulfillment progress.
- Conduct investigations into pricing discrepancies and variances, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entry with strong attention to detail.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational quality and reducing processing times, including testing new systems and tools.
YOUR SKILLS
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Supply chain, Logistics area is an advantage
- Min. 3 years of experience in Logistics/Supply Chain/Customer service area or in business centre
- Proficient customer service, export and order processing knowledge is an advantage
- Fluent in English language
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge
- Experience with SAP & MS office
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment, with a professional attitude and a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
