YOUR ROLE

• ·Manage the construction of the plant from the foundation phase.
• ·Manage a team of 5 direct reports including site supervisors and project managers.
• ·Manage staff, coordinate and supervise engineering projects.
• ·Communicate continuously in English with teams in the US.
• ·Deliver effective presentations to various stakeholders.
• ·Apply general project management skills including risk analysis, scope and change control.
• ·Use time and budget planning tools for projects between €5 and €10 million.
• ·Ensure compliance with ISO regulations and oversee business transformation processes.

YOUR SKILLS

• ·Degree in Engineering or related discipline; mechanical or electrical engineer an advantage.
• ·Previous experience in plant engineering from the start up phase.
• ·Experience in consumer goods, electronics or similar industry.
• ·Advanced knowledge of English.
• ·Leadership, people management and presentation skills.
• ·Knowledge of project management and budgeting tools
