YOUR ROLE
- Must: CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Version Control: Use Git for versioning, branch management, and code quality
- Python Development: Develop, optimize, and maintain backend services with Python
- PySpark: Preferred experience with PySpark for large-scale data processing
- Data Engineering: Build scalable data engineering solutions and optimize data storage/retrieval
- Data Transformations: Perform complex transformations like aggregations and window functions
- ETL Processes: Design and manage ETL processes, ensuring data integrity
- Agile Collaboration: Work in Agile, particularly Scrum, contributing to continuous improvement
- Nice to Have: Databricks: Experience building data pipelines with Databricks
- Logic Apps: Familiarity with Logic Apps for system integration
- Azure Functions: Experience with Azure Functions for serverless applications
- PowerBI: Knowledge of PowerBI, DAX queries, and visualizations
- Azure DevOps (Nice to Have): Experience with Azure DevOps for project and CI/CD management
- SQL: Proficiency in SQL, writing complex queries, and database optimization
- Debugging & Analytical Skills: Advanced debugging and problem-solving skills
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in backend development with a focus on data engineering and Python
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, Agile environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
