Master Data Lead

YOUR ROLE

• Develop strategies and policies for effective master data management within SAP systems, aligning with organizational goals.
• Establish and enforce data governance processes to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across SAP modules and business units.
• Coordinate the creation, modification, and retirement of master data records in SAP, ensuring adherence to standards and approval workflows.
• Ensure seamless integration of master data across SAP modules and with external systems, facilitation data consistency and reliability.
• Collaborate with IT, business units, and data owners to gather requirements, resolve issues, and optimize master data processes.
• Provide training and support to end-users on master data management best practices, SAP functionalities, and data entry standards.
• Act as subject matter expert in SAP master data configuration, optimizing configurations to support business requirements and enhance efficiency 

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or equivalent work experience. 
• 5-10 years demonstrated professional level experience with SAP ERP in a manufacturing setting.
• Collaboration

• Leadership is a plus

The salary for this role is $75,000.00 - $95,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
