YOUR ROLE
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Influencer Marketing Manager to manage the development and execution of our influencer strategy.
- You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with influencers, while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure all influencer campaigns align with broader business goals.
- Influencer Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage the influencer marketing strategy, from identifying and building relationships with potential influencers and brand ambassadors to coordinating and executing influencer campaigns.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for all influencer relationships, including prosumers and stylists. Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships to support brand growth and campaign success.
- Contract & Legal Coordination: Lead contract negotiations with influencers, ensuring all agreements meet campaign goals and legal requirements, while coordinating with internal legal partners.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure influencer activities are aligned with overall business objectives and brand messaging.
- Agency Liaison: Act as the primary contact for influencer agency, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on campaign goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of influencer campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement and optimization.
- Guidelines & Best Practices: Establish influencer guidelines and best practices to ensure consistent brand representation and high-quality content across influencer collaborations.
