YOUR ROLE
- Collaborate closely with sourcing teams to identify and engage local/regional suppliers, enhancing sourcing flexibility.
- Act as a strategic partner to optimize the demand-to-supply value chain, improving supplier performance through proactive engagement and quality enhancement.
- Utilize tools and BI dashboards to monitor supplier performance, mitigate risks, and manage supply disruptions.
- Work closely with leadership teams and regional stakeholders (Supply Chain, R&D, and others) to support the overall supply chain strategy.
- Elevate supplier contracts to ensure risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and supply chain optimization.
- Execute standard processes to secure, improve, and verify supply, ensuring business continuity.
- Manage critical supply shortages and force majeure situations to prevent stockouts and minimize impact.
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, and/or supply chain is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
- Ability to quickly adapt and gain knowledge across various direct materials and logistics sourcing categories.
- Advanced digital skills, with experience in tools like Power BI, to drive innovative, tech-based solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in both English and Turkish.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
