YOUR ROLE
- Coordinates and executes the HR activities and administrative tasks to ensure effective day-to-day HR operations and case management.
- The office location is based in Cannon Falls, MN
- Provides support to and executes the respective HR processes.
- Ensures HR practices and policies are in compliance with corporate standards, statutory regulations and laws.
- Assists in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.
- Acts as a liaison between management and employees by handling questions, processing personnel admin, and helping resolve work problems.
- Analyzes HR data to provide actionable insights.
- Prepares and maintain reports required by federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.
- Communicates company policies and ensure they are understood and followed within the organization.
- Supports HR Projects and initiatives, organize employee sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Assists in the design and execution of performance evaluation programs.
