YOUR ROLE
- The Sr. Marketing Manager will be a key member of our Consumer Engagement team, responsible for integrating consumer and shopper insights into actionable insights, guiding the development of full funnel marketing tactics in partnership with other stakeholders and development of our ecommerce business.
- Media Activation (Direct Report: Marketing Manager – Digital Marketing and Analytics).
- Guide the Marketing Manager on strategy development for Retail and National Media, Facilitate and advocate for evolution of media processes, tracking and tools.
- Support success of retail media activities by leading alignment with customer account team and customers on recommended the media investment, proactively challenging performance and pushing for strategy optimization.
- Ecommerce Management.
- Work in tandem with the ecommerce Key Account managers to develop overall growth goals and consumer centric ecommerce strategies, including collaboration ecommerce product recommendations, 1P/3P strategy development and seller enforcement strategies.
- Remain current on industry news, technologies, trends and opportunities, piloting and implementing new technologies for eCommerce.
- Support account line reviews, QBRs, and Joint Business Planning sessions.
- Consumer Insights (Direct Report: Consumer Insights Manager).
- Lead integration of consumer and shopper insights into marketing strategy across brand activation, channel marketing, and innovation.
- Consumer Journey: Annual mapping of the consumer journey with prioritized touchpoints to feed into brand activation planning.
- Shopper: Distill shopper insights into actionable insights for marketing working closely with CATMAN.
- Team Innovation: lead incorporation of consumer insights to fuel innovation pipeline, product development and product evolution.
- Technology and Tools Oversee the marketing.
- Tech Stack, working with the platform owners to develop recommendations and evolution of tool in our portfolio annually.
- Lead investigation (with a team) into AI opportunities across Marketing functions, creating a recommendation for evaluation/integration.
- Drive end user understanding, touchpoint optimization, infusion of insights, digital innovation to drive organizational results.
